Recovery: listen to your body

It feels good to be back on the grind again. Although I had a wonderful time in New Orleans, for Mardi Gras. I must admit that I burn myself out. On an average Working on 4 hours of sleep, took its toll on me and demanded my body to take another day off. The transition of the food and climate, was too quick for my body to adjust. Closing in about 12 hours of vomiting & lightheadedness, running nose knee pain.


Enclosing rest, sleep, naps are not underrated. They're needed for you to be the greatest you. Enjoy your passion to the kills you however when you rest up you have another day.
